Refund policy

How do I return? 

We hope you love your new swimwear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered. In the case you'd like to return, please email azurefashion@mail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The goods must be received by us within 14 days after your notification, making the returns process a total of 28 days after you receiving your order.

 

UK customers: We know times are tough right now, and we never want postage costs to stop you from feeling confident in our swimwear. That’s why we've introduced free returns when exchanging sizes, because finding your perfect fit shouldn’t be stressful. If you need a different size, simply email us with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange it for, and we’ll sort the rest. If you are not exchanging sizes customers are responsible for the charges of return shipping. Make sure you retain all receipts from the post office as this will be your proof of postage.

Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and with hygiene stickers and tags attached to qualify for an exchange or return.

International customers: you can still exchange or return items; just email us first so we can help guide you through the quickest and most affordable option.

 

What items are returnable?

All our mainline styles are returnable if they are unworn and in the original packaging. All hygiene stickers and labels must still be on. If the returned goods do not meet this criteria we will decline your refund request.

Sale/sample items are non refundable however we will give you store credit of the sale item amount. We will email you with your personal credit code as soon as possible, but may take up to 14 working days in busy periods.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. We aim to refund you as quick as possible, however in busy periods this could take up to 14 working days.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. This also includes Sample Sale items.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges of the same item, for a different size without you having to place another order. Simply email us at azurefashion@mail.com with your order number and what size you wish to exchange for. Once we receive your returned good and we are happy with the condition we will send your new size.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
