Shipping policy
Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation, however we do always aim to process orders by 1 working day.
🇬🇧 UK Shipping
We know times are tough right now, and we never want postage costs to stop you from feeling confident in our swimwear. That’s why UK shipping is completely free.. it's our little way of helping out during the cost of living crisis.
We’ve also introduced free returns when exchanging sizes, because finding your perfect fit shouldn’t be stressful.
If you need a different size, simply email us at azuurefashion@mail.com with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange it for, and we’ll sort the rest.
Orders usually are delivered via RoyalMail within 1-2 days after posting.
🌎 International Shipping
We’re so excited to now offer worldwide shipping, bringing our designs from the UK to beaches across the globe!
We know ordering from abroad can sometimes feel confusing, so we’re doing everything we can to make it easy and transparent. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the USA
As of August 2025, U.S. customs rules have changed, and all imported goods are now subject to duties and taxes (even small parcels).
For an average order of around £75 + £15 shipping (≈ $121) you can expect U.S. import fees to typically be:
Customs Duty (24.9%) ~$30.10
Section 301 Tariff (China origin) ~$9.08
Merchandise Processing Fee ~$2.69
Estimated Total ~$42 USD
We know this is a big change, and we’re actively exploring ways to absorb or reduce these costs for our U.S. customers, including offering Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping options soon, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided.
💌 Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your new swimwear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
• UK customers: free exchanges for size changes.. just email us with your order number and new size.
• International customers: you can still exchange or return items; just email us first so we can help guide you through the quickest and most affordable option.
Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, and with hygiene stickers and tags attached to qualify for an exchange or return.

Shipping Address Changes:
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, however if you contact us in a timely manner we may be able to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact us at azurefashion@mail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
